How frequently you train completely depends on the timeframe you have, your lifestyle, and the results you want to achieve before your wedding comes around.
Generally, most of our clients train three to four times per week, allowing us to maximise progression with effective recovery.
With that said, we have worked with brides and grooms who have trained with as little once a week and still achieved results they were immensely proud of for their wedding.
