Modern Slavery Statement

Ultimate Performance
Financial Year Ending 2026

Our Commitment

At Ultimate Performance, our mission is to help people achieve life-changing results through discipline, integrity, and excellence. These same values guide the way we operate our business globally. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation have no place in our operations or supply chains.

Who We Are

Ultimate Performance is a global personal training business with teams across the UK, the United States, Europe, and Asia. We work with a diverse network of Personal Trainers, Employees,  Suppliers, and partners who share our commitment to performance, respect, and ethical conduct.

Our Responsibility

We take our responsibility to uphold human rights seriously. We recognize that modern slavery can exist in many forms, and we are proactive in identifying, managing, and mitigating these risks across all parts of our business.

Our Approach

We have clear policies and processes in place to help prevent modern slavery:

  • Ethical Conduct and Integrity: Our Code of Conduct and company values guide how we work and expect others to work with us.
  • Supplier Standards: All suppliers must comply with international labour and human rights laws, with contracts that include clear obligations on ethical employment practices.
  • Fair Recruitment: All hiring is conducted transparently, ensuring every individual’s right to work and fair treatment.
  • Whistleblowing and Reporting: We maintain confidential channels for anyone to raise concerns safely and without fear of retaliation via our Speak Up line.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chains include fitness equipment manufacturers, apparel providers, facilities, and professional service partners across multiple regions. We continuously evaluate our suppliers, focusing on transparency, accountability, and alignment with our standards.

Awareness and Training

We believe awareness is key to prevention. Our teams receive training to understand the signs of modern slavery and how to report any concerns. We encourage everyone at Ultimate Performance to take ownership of ethical practices within their roles.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to strengthening our due diligence, enhancing supplier engagement, and evolving our internal processes each year to ensure we remain vigilant and responsible in the fight against modern slavery.
