Is online personal training worth it? 

For most of our clients, yes – and for a specific reason. They already know they should be training and eating well. What they don’t have is the time or headspace to plan it, track it, and adjust it week by week.

Online training at U.P. removes that burden entirely. It removes the need to plan your training, second-guess your nutrition or wonder whether you’re actually progressing and on track. For busy professionals who want their health managed properly so they can just show up and do the work, this is where the real value lies.

Is online personal training as effective as in-gym personal training

The main difference is supervision. In-gym training means your coach is physically present during your session – correcting technique in real time, managing the pace, making adjustments on the gym floor. Online coaching is independent.

You follow a fully tailored program, your coach reviews your progress every week, and adjustments are made based on your data metrics. Both follow the same programming standards and coaching principles. For clients who are comfortable training on their own, you can achieve excellent results with online coaching if you fully commit, because the methodology behind it is identical.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients begin to notice measurable changes within the first few weeks, particularly in body composition, strength and energy levels.

Why don’t you offer live video training sessions?

How long is an online personal training course?

Generally speaking, most of our online training packages start from around one month. However, we recommend doing at least three months as, generally, it will take at least this long to make a lasting habit and lifestyle change and see a real return on your investment.

How long do clients typically stay?
