Our DC Metro Center location is a private, 4,345 sq ft personal training facility located in the Penn Quarter neighbourhood of downtown Washington DC. There are no memberships and no open gym access – this is an appointment-only training space dedicated entirely to one-to-one coaching.

The gym is designed for discretion, focus, and results. Its central location makes it ideal for professionals working across downtown DC, Capitol Hill, and nearby business districts, allowing clients to train before work, between meetings, or after the working day without adding unnecessary travel time.

The gym is also easily accessible by Metro and on foot, making it a practical option for clients commuting from Alexandria, Arlington, and across the DMV area.
