I’ve been working out for years and years and joined UP to gain more strength as I was now struggling to do that on my own. Dean is definitely the best PT I’ve ever trained with. I’ve started and stopped with a few personal trainers over the years with little success for one reason or another. Starting with UP and Marvin things changed significantly. I was personal trained by Joshua Gyampoh who was a phenomenal coach throughout the process – Josh challenged me during the gym sessions and gave very clear nutrition advice, which made the process completely manageable around busy work and social commitments. With Josh’s help, I lost over 10kgs in 12 weeks and went from 20% to less than 10% body fat.

I can’t recommend enough UP Mayfair… you will be pushed and supported by knowledgable trainers towards your goal(s). And the equipment in the gym allows for fine tuned sessions. I have had multitude health issues but Matthew Earls never gave up on me He always paid attention to my situation, and always managed to train me in the best way possible, continuously adapting the training according to my physical state. Don’t get me wrong, none of the sessions were or are ever easy! But they are the right ones to bring you safely and efficiently closer to your goal. I give 5* to him too. The rest is down to you
