Damla was doubtful she’d ever find the time to regularly workout.

Often first in the office and last to leave at night, her job came with high demands.

It wasn’t long before she lost sight of what mattered most – her health. She admitted her diet was poor and her fitness was now no way near where she wanted it to be.
