Our Sydney location is a 7,373 sq ft private personal training facility located in the heart of the CBD on Pitt Street, just minutes from Circular Quay. There are no memberships and no open gym access – this is a by-appointment-only space dedicated entirely to one-to-one coaching.

The gym is designed for focus, privacy, and results. Its central location allows clients to train before work, between meetings, or after the working day without adding friction to already busy schedules.

The gym is easily accessible on foot from the CBD, with nearby train stations and ferry terminals providing convenient access from Sydney’s northern and eastern suburbs.
