What do I need to bring to consultation?

No training kit is required. Your initial consultation will be a conversation with one of our experts. During the consultation we will discuss your lifestyle, goals, and current training experience (if any) to make a recommendation on the best package for you.

Can I choose my own session times to train?

During the consultation we will work with you to build your ideal training schedule. Those days and times will become your regular locked in sessions each week with your personal trainer.

How long does a personal training session last?

All our personal training sessions last for 60 minutes.

Can I choose to pay through instalments, rather than one payment?

All of our packages come with the option to pay in regular instalments.

Am I fit enough to get started?

We work with clients of all fitness levels from those who have never stepped foot in a gym before to the seasoned gym pro. During our initial assessment sessions, we will carry out a series of tests to ensure we get you started on the best plan for you.
