Victor is an amazing personal trainer who I would recommend without hesitation. He is patient and encouraging yet pushes you to exceed your own expectations. I have seen real progress over the last few months training at U.P. Hong Kong. I’ve lost over 10kg weight and reduced body fat by 10%. Victor not only provides guidance at the U.P. gym but also between sessions with exercise recommendations to continue at home. Started my training here again after a couple of years hoping to get back in shape and get healthier overall. My trainer Raj has worked miracles, in a short span of 4 weeks I’ve lost already 6% body fat, improved my diet and feel overall much better and confident. He explains the how and why of every exercise while respecting my body restrictions and finds ways to make sure I exercise safely and push my limits every session. I surely wish the gym wasn’t so expensive but Raj gets a 10+ for delivering results.

… I’ve lost just over 10kg so far in a sustainable manner but have also immensely enjoyed my progress in the weight I can now lift. To watch the weight go up is as important to me as watching my own weight go down. I’d recommend UP to anyone wanting to make a significant change to their health and fitness. … My personal trainer, Raj, has been incredible. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and knows exactly how much to push. He’s also very experienced with adjusting workouts to ensure that they don’t impact certain body parts, which was important for me due to old injuries. In just three months, I’ve lost 7% body fat and 13 lbs (6 kg). I’ve gained more muscle than I’ve ever had before and become significantly stronger. I’ve got about another month left and I’m still feeling super motivated and excited to see the results at the end of my 4th month. Had Marko as a personal trainer at UP and couldn’t recommend him enough! His knowledge and guidance both in and out of the gym were invaluable. My goals as I’ve aged have shifted…..form is everything! Marko worked me through the program, making sure that my range of motions were correct yet pushed me to new limits as well. There was also constant communication throughout the day to make sure my nutritional goals were also being met. It wasn’t an easy process but SO worth it! 10 out of 10, in difficulty AND of rewards.
