It’s been a couple of months since I signed up to the Chelsea location of Ultimate Performance. The gym itself has great facilities with high quality equipment, changing rooms and space in general. It helps to be upstairs and have windows. The staff are focused but friendly and this is such an important factor. I’m really happy with my progress so far. My exercise is intense. My trainer is really encouraging but also firm in pushing me. I have my nutrition goals also planned out for me which is a revelation….

Having previously tried so many times and failed at trying to lose weight and stick to the process I started working with Paulo at UP Chelsea in August 2023. Initially I really struggled with the formula and I definitely had to make some lifestyle changes to make progress but over the last 4 months I have made sustainable progress which I have no doubt I couldn’t have made without his support and encouragement. I am 2 months into my fitness journey with UP, and I only have amazing things to say about my experience. I have always hated going to the gym and working out but my trainer at UP has made me really enjoy each session and has allowed me to have a consistent routine that I stick to. In two months so far I have lost more weight/body fat than I ever could by myself, I feel so much stronger and have a lot more energy in my daily life. Really good gym to have a truly and meaningful transformation plan. It doesn’t just cover the workout side of things (where you’re followed by fantastic PTs), but a whole new approach to performance as a whole. Nutrition, continuous interaction with your PT throughout the program. If you’re looking to see real change, that’s a great place to start from. Facilities are state of the art and everything is setup so you can just focus on results.
