Losing loved ones his own age had rocked 46-year-old Brendan to the core.

Brendan’s transformation has been nothing short of life-changing.  

Before U.P., he was working 12-plus hours a day, drinking too much smoking a packet of cigarettes a day and living off takeaways.  

But losing dear friends and peers proved to be the wake-up call he needed to finally start looking after his body.

“A few weeks into the program, I looked into what I’m eating and what I’m doing; the other changes are self-belief ones where I can achieve and do things when I follow a plan.   

“A big thing that I just did not expect was that I was going to get fit physically. I embraced the process and it started to open my mind that I’d been running from all my life, finally, I confronted my demons and I know now that wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t pushed myself to the limits that this process demands.
