Ultimate Performance was founded for one reason: we wanted to create the most effective method of personal training.

What is included in our personal training programmes:

Nutrition Plan All your diet programmes carefully constructed around your unique goals and metabolism

Supplementation Again tailored and constantly tweaked to take into account your unique biochemistry

Ongoing Body Prophet Analysis, A unique tool to calculate your hormonal profile and bodyfat measurement, and progress pictures to ensure a swift and continuous rate of progress

Lifestyle management advice enabling you to get the most out of your training and make continuous and manageable changes to your lifestyle.

Example package pricing is as follows:

12-week packages

36 sessions from £5,534 – 3 sessions per week

48 sessions from £7,262 – 4 sessions per week

6-week package

18 sessions from £3,072 – 3 sessions per week

Prices shown are inclusive of a £350 sign-up fee.

Our off-peak training times are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. All of our packages can be broken down into equal monthly instalments at no extra cost.
