Whilst Guanghe focused on his higher studies he ended up with higher body fat instead.

His weight was spiralling out of control and a year after he got married, he found himself weighing 90kg (198 lbs).

It was certainly not how he envisaged life to be.

“The next time I go back home and meet my family and friends they won’t ask me what I ate in Sydney and how I got so fat!

Thinking back, Guanghe says his weight gain began around the time he walked down the aisle.
The pounds kept piling on unabated, and feeling out of control was getting him down.

“Last year, since I got married, my weight went up to 90kg (198 lbs), and lots of my friends and my family asked me ‘how can you get so fat like this?’

“I felt quite depressed with all this and decided I needed to lose weight immediately.

“I didn’t like looking fat and unhealthy. I wanted to build some muscle. I choose U.P. because it’s professional and efficient and would get me to my goal faster.”

“It was nice to see myself inching closer to my goal. Nothing felt impossible! I knew that if I put my whole heart into the training, I could be sure I would get there.”

Guanghe says all the hard work he put into his transformation with his diet and training was worth it for the results he accomplished.
