Why you contacted UP in the first place?
Two colleagues of mine spoke very highly of UP and recommended that I take a look, which I did and immediately signed – up.
What do you feel that you have achieved?
I have become a lot fitter and stronger and lost some fat. I also became a lot aware of my nutrition.
Overall I feel much better.
What have you learned?
How important it is to regularly exercise and be more conscious with the nutrition. That ageing won’t stop and the only way to stay fit is by doing more sport. This also helps me better dealing with stress.
What’s next for you?
Get a bit leaner (again) and then keep that level of fitness. Continue working at UP to accomplish these goals.
What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us?
This has been a great experience. I was able to accomplish a lot more than I thought and it clearly paid off to have a personal trainer who combines the work-out with some nutritional recommendations.
All trainers and staff are very friendly. It is a friendly yet very professional atmosphere and nobody has to worry about the actual state of fitness but should go and try it out.
