I’ve lost 2 ½ stones in less than 3 months, and put on muscle. I feel fitter and stronger generally.
What have you learned:
I’ve learned to take the exercise regime slowly and steadily and not to try and race ahead to the point where (as in the past) I’ve invariably injured myself.
I’ve learned that eating sensibly does not have to be something that is unsustainable over the long term. Before this I’ve only ever managed crash diets. Now I think I can handle it longer term.
