James took the decision to embark on a 12-week transformation journey with U.P. and the results he gained were more than just physical, he discovered a whole new level of benefits that helped accelerate his career to a level beyond his imagination. Long and irregular hours at work had James working himself into a frenzy. As a result, his health and fitness fell by the wayside, he started to comfort eat, and he began to feel less and less confident socially as each arduous day went by – and he was working seven days a week from early in the morning!

Before long, James reached a point in his personal and professional life where his self-confidence had depleted and he was struggling to pick himself up. In the end, he found himself left feeling as if he was stuck in a rut. He didn’t think he would ever be able to rise above it – but he couldn’t be more wrong!

James witnessed his life take a U-turn when he decided to shift his focus on himself and his fitness, and took up physical training.
