I was in search of the right training programme for my personal and work life.  I was tired of the same old training everyday with little to no variation.  I was seeing very little results even though putting in the hours every week.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
I’ve achieved more in 5 months with Michael than I did the previous two years and I’m working out less and enjoying myself substantially more in the gym.  Best training regimen I’ve ever had by far!

What have you learned:
Aside from learning how to approach my training in a more scientific manner, I’ve also been educated on how to design my diet to best fit my goals.  The results speak for themselves.  My insight into supplementation has also been dramatically improved and this adds further value to hard work I put in at the gym.  There’s still a bit of learning curve I need to address but I look forward to  further educating myself at UP.

What’s next for you:
More training….more fun!  I would like to continue improving my physique slowly but surely and I now very confident I can do this at UP.   I would get demotivated at the other gyms because everyone wants to reap the benefits of hard work and dedication and this is definitely now the case so the motivation is definitely back.

What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
That they don’t know what proper training is until they’ve experienced UP personal training.  What an eye opener it was for me and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is serious about improving their physique and lifestyle.
