This is how Tim feels after his 24-week transformation with Ultimate Performance.
Years of trying and failing to get in shape was getting him down.
His self-confidence was at an all-time low – how he looked physically was affecting him psychologically.
But he changed all that in a few short months with Ultimate Performance.
Gone are the takeout pizzas and late-night drinking sessions that left his body in bad shape.
Now he is lean, strong and armed with the knowledge to stay that way for life after almost halving his body fat.

Here Tim reveals how he achieved this remarkable transformation…
My main motivation for starting a transformation journey with U.P. was that I could see that they deliver results from the before and after pics of their clients.
U.P. looked really different and it seemed like they were offering something new – and I was right!
Before starting with U.P. my self-confidence was at all-time low. I wasn’t completely happy with how I looked physically and that was affecting me mentally.
I was running around in circles of trying to get fit and still not achieving the results I wanted, and then I hit a wall.
Luckily when that happened, I started seeing the U.P. ads on social media.
Diet-wise, I wasn’t unhealthy. I had a fairly good diet however I do tend to over-indulge a bit and it was easy to give in and order takeout or junk food.
My lifestyle was quite indulgent too, I wasn’t active enough and I tended to go out, drink and stay out late.
After starting with U.P., I knew I needed to completely overhaul my schedule and my routine as well as my daily activities.
I happily stopped going out on Sunday afternoons so I could shop for groceries and meal prep for the week.
I ate more vegetables and ‘clean’ calories. I’m even sleeping better! I now go to bed between 10.30pm and 11.00pm during the week, whereas before I would stay up past midnight.
Eating better and sleeping more meant that I had more energy and could focus properly when at the gym.
I could push myself harder and now I feel that my body can keep up with the intense workout program.
Outside the gym, I’ve made some adjustments to make sure I’m more active: I’ve stopped taking the elevator at work, and when going home, I get off two bus stops earlier so I can take a longer walk and get my step count up.
Making minor changes like these helped me realise that we can do a lot to keep active even while not at the gym.
My biggest mistake was that I kept giving into having takeout or ordering a pizza instead of cooking.
My portions were bigger than what I should be eating, hence I was eating more.
I didn’t realise how many calories we can actually consume in a day if we don’t pay attention.
With U.P., it changed when I started keeping a food diary. After calculating the calories, I was surprised to see how much I was eating in a day without thinking it. Now I am more conscious of what I eat and plan ahead.
Wow! The training is intense! As soon as I started, I could tell this is going to be tough yet fun at the same time.
My trainer was great at pushing me to my limits and that trickled down to me as I found I was pushing myself more and more when I was working out on my own.
My work can be very demanding and can be very busy.
However, U.P. was great at catering to how my lifestyle was and can tailor the program around it, with minor sacrifices as it does go both ways.
The most important lesson I learned is that I have to stop making excuses for myself.
It’s very easy to say “I can do this tomorrow or next week”.
Also, the if I want anything to change, I have to start with myself.
What changed within me is that I want to keep the momentum up!
I don’t want what I am feeling to end.
I feel I have made such amazing progress that it will be a shame if I regressed back.
The future looks very bright for me, I’ve learned and gained so much within six months and these lessons are for life.
I would certainly recommend U.P. and I already have been. My friends keep hearing me talk about U.P. and my journey and they are all intrigued!
