With a 3-year-old daughter, Louise felt it was time to focus on her fitness.
She had been trying in vain to lose weight and get fit since her pregnancy, and knew she needed expert guidance to get her body back.

“I think it’s a bit inspirational when you see where I came from. I referenced the ideal body when I signed up, and the body I have now is far better! Actually, if someone had told me I would be able to look like that, I wouldn’t have believed them. It’s amazing.”
After her initial 12-week programme passed, Louise resolved to keep on going.
In the last 6 months, she lost 17kg and brought her body fat down from 21% to a slimline 9.6% and brought pleasing shape and tone to her hips, waist, arms, and thighs.
Louise had worked out on and off for years, but after the birth of her daughter, she found it hard to shift the pregnancy weight.
Busy with work and parenting, fitness obviously took a bit of a backseat. But she was tired of feeling overweight and unhealthy and jumped at the chance to join U.P. Mayfair.
“I was carrying a lot of weight on my legs and my tummy. I was not strong, and I didn’t feel especially fit.
“I was definitely unhappy and knew I could achieve more. I had very specific goals when I joined. It was really about losing weight but also gaining strength, and I think over time I have become more and more ambitious about what I can achieve.”

Louise is hooked on the gym lifestyle. She finds the fitness, the physical and mental improvements, and the other benefits of training, quite addictive and is now looking forward to setting – and smashing – new fitness goals.
