After a car accident in December 2009, I needed to increase my strength levels for my back and other areas.  I wanted to be able to regain the strength I used to have.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
I have achieved substantial fat loss and muscle gain.  I have also regained some of my mobility and strength.

What have you learned:
I have learned many valuable lessons from my training and my personal trainer gave me many important techniques.  I have also learned proper food and meal plans.  David took the time to explain to me how and what to eat.  He spent the time to monitor what I was eating and steer me in the right direction.  His knowledge in supplements was strong and he was able to inform me the proper supplements to help me with fat loss.

What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
What I would be telling others about this experience is that it was a painful, and gruelling training, but the rewards are worth it.  Although my trainer David pushed me to my limits, his attentiveness and variety of exercises always kept me motivated.  I highly recommend this training and food plan to anyone who is serious about changing their lifestyle.
