Henri was no stranger to training. He had tried to get back to exercising and eating healthily following his injury, but just a few weeks at U.P. was enough to show him how he was doing it all wrong.

“I was feeling demotivated, mainly because of the shoulder injury and lack of progress. My digestion was not that great either. I was almost continuously bloated.

“So, that was another eye-opener; I had started to become disillusioned with training and thought I was never going to heal or train again like I wanted, but it’s very clear now that you can work around an injury if you know what you are doing.”
