The 40-year-old London lawyer wanted to be his absolute best for his big day and have memories he could look back on with pride.

Aaron was very tight on time, he had to get fit in 4 months – this fuelled his focus even more.
He knew he could do it, but this time he was starting off from an even worse position.

“At the start, I found it difficult to look at my photos. In my first photos. I can’t look at the camera, I am bloated and clearly unhappy.
“It is hard to look at it and actually now it is hard to remember, and it’s not even that long ago. But I do remember feeling really uncomfortable with myself. And I had felt like that for a long time.
“As somebody who has always gone to the gym, had always been lean before and is known for it – it was really tough to be that way.”
