47-year-old Aaron feared his fitness was slowly slipping away from him.

How did you feel about yourself before you started working with your trainer?
As you get a little bit older, you start to notice your body changing. I’ve done cardio for years and eaten what I want because I could get away with it.
But I didn’t like the shape of my body, and realised I needed to do something different.

Can you tell us about the results you’ve seen?
My results have been fantastic. As I said before, my motivation was what I saw in the mirror. Compare that to now when I have my shirt off, I don’t want to leave the mirror!
I feel great about myself. My mind is definitely much clearer and more alert, and I’ve noticed the quality of my sleep has improved too.
The sessions were tough, but after you’ve finished you feel a whole lot better.
That was the mindset I had, and I’ve continued to think that way after U.P.
What was it about your training plan that you enjoyed the most?
It’s the accountability that I like the most at U.P. The support your get from your trainer is incredible.
You’re constantly pushed and learning new things about your form, technique and tempo. They make sure everything you do is correct.
Everyone at U.P. is so knowledgeable and really behind what you’re trying to achieve.
Just how influential was your trainer throughout your time at U.P.?
Incredibly influential. She was constantly there for me and always encouraging me.
Throughout the week, she’d keep in contact asking me questions and checking in on my food.
If I needed any tips, I knew I could reach out and ask her about anything. I felt like I had someone there to support me 24/7.
Finally, would you recommend U.P. to other people who are looking to transform their bodies?
I’d 100% recommend U.P.
You’ll learn about nutrition, training and everything that it takes to get in shape. It often took me five hours to drive here, train and get home, but it’s worth it.
I came for a look around before signing up and as soon as I walked through the doors, I was very impressed. The gym manager showed me around and explained exactly what we would be doing together.
