Marissa was 58 years old when she signed up for the Mount Everest base camp trek back in 2018.
She was feeling unfit, unprepared, and had never once stepped foot in a gym before. Working with Ultimate Performance, she quickly built up her strength and fitness in just 12 weeks.
That initial transformation sparked a long-term love affair with strength training for Marissa.
Now 63, it’s set Marissa up for a healthy future and opened the door to new pursuits like Olympic Weightlifting.
