Simple answer – do unilateral movements, e.g. single cables/dumbbells.
Complicated answer – it may be a nerve issue coming from some kind of cervical stenosis (my theory for why most old bodybuilders lose their triceps). The left arm tends to go first.
Hack – when training triceps turn your head left, you’ll get better activation on your left side!
