I’ve never seen a nebie that can do it properly though – they can’t generate the required effort, nor can they maintain tension when the going gets tough. So I feel volume/load/teaching tension are the priorities.
Bottom line, most gym goers lack the testicular fortitude to make low volume, high intensity bodybuilding workouts work for them.
