1. You don’t do anything differently than anyone else other than be wary of going too hard because you could push thyroid levels lower.
  2. Low thyroid but within the norm does not mean optimal. Find someone who can dig into why you’re low and how you can improve it. It can be done but it’s beyond the scope of what I can write here.

Be wary of those who give you easy answers. For example, it’s fashionable to whack in extra iodine but if you have a reverse T3 problem this would be counterproductive.
