By offering opportunity beyond that which they can achieve realistically by themselves.
Sometimes that’s impossible as we wish to pursue diverting paths, and good luck to them in that instance, sometimes they’re delusional and arrogant (a problem in certain locations where trainers think they’re rock stars) and they need to fail to learn the grass wasn’t greener.
A lot of copycat businesses have sprung up direct from ex U.P. staff, so far I’ve done my job right and ensured that those who left could have done better if they would have stayed.
