Assuming it’s not a refeed meal to kick flagging hormones up a notch (which you’ve got to be very lean to benefit from) then there are ZERO benefits to cheat meals.

BUT… dieting is a head game. If your once a week cheat meal keeps you on track and sane then almost certainly it’s of benefit assuming you don’t go crazy and eat a 10k calorie meal.
