I had been training on my own for years. I would go to the gym four times a week, twice for weight training and twice for cardio in spinning classes. However, I never really saw any improvement in my physique. James Langley took over the spinning classes and suggested I try personal training sessions. I smiled and said no thanks – I thought I was a pro and could take care of myself! However, over a few months I noticed that James was getting bigger and stronger so decided that if he can that for himself, maybe he could help me and decided to try him out.

I started personal training with James twice a week and have not only grown in size, but am fitter too. It has also helped strengthen my lower back and improve my posture. He gets a definite thumbs up from me and I would recommend him to anyone serious about improving their health and physique
