I’ve been amazed in what I’ve achieved and learned from my personal trainer Rich Phillipps. He has taught me so much after so many years thinking I knew everything. But I was wrong!
What have you learned:
You are what you eat!! Running everyday sweating like mad doesn’t always mean you reach your goals!! You have to train the right way which is where the best personal trainer comes in.
What’s next for you:
Well I’ve lost 15kg in 16 weeks!!! And I want to keep going until I reach my goal. The thing is when I started to see myself looking good in the mirror and my friends tell me how much weight I’ve lost I just want to keep going.
