I had been training by myself for a number of years and had made progress, but had hit a plateau, and was looking for something that would enable me to make a change.

What do you feel that you have achieved:

I definitely broke out of the rut that I had been in. Training with Michael Porter pushed me back into really pushing myself beyond what I thought were my limits. Over 3 months I made a very noticeable change in my body shape, with a number of friends and colleagues commenting how much better I was looking.

What have you learned:

Discovered that the boundaries to which I could push myself were further than I previously realised. New training combinations ā€“ supersets and combination sets for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:

Training with Michael at UP really blew out the cobwebs from my training schedule, which had become stale. I made a definite change to my body while I was working with him, and feel like Iā€™m on a track to continuing improvement using what I learned.
