A good friend of mine was already a member of UP and had recommended UP to me. I had also been doing some personal training at my previous couple of gyms but had not been happy with either the level of training / results achieved from the last of these two gyms.
Another reason I was particularly interested in UP was the fact that I could continue my boxing training.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
I have definitely improved my fitness and strength since when I first started at UP and thanks to the supplements I am now taking, also feel that my energy levels are at least twicefold what they used to be. Separately, I have noticed a change to my body-shape, which I hope to be able to continue to work on in the months to come.
Lastly, my understanding of nutrition and diet has improved considerably and my eating habits are generally much healthier as a result.

Continuing with the good work and ensuring that I build on the progress made to date.

What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
I would recommend UP to anyone – I have had a fantastic experience with James as my trainer and have noticed a definite improvement in both fitness and body-shape. I would recommend UP for anyone looking to get serious about their training.
