I was looking for comprehensive and target driven training. I was looking to enhance strength and endurance and overall physical well being. I was looking for a personal trainer that could work around my needs and my schedule.

What do you feel that you have achieved:

I have achieved my goals (and reset new ones) and have learned how to train better, harder and smarter. I have also achieved higher energy levels and better mental health and discipline.

Stay focused and keep training. My personal trainer Glenn Parker pushes me to reset goals and work towards something new everything we set a new milestone.

Training is only part of the experience. Learning how to train and how to balance nutrition really changes the way I approach working out now. Glenn is an awesome trainer and motivator – the best I have ever worked with, and that is saying something! He pushes you to get to where you want to be – and shows you how to improve from there. It is really about developing a relationship and UP spends time and effort in building that.
