Years of late nights in the office and take away food and sandwiches at my desk had taken their toll and I was very overweight. I had lost some weight through diet and exercise but wanted expert guidance on how to get the most out of my training sessions.
What do you feel that you have achieved:
I have lost a lot of the excess fat I was carrying. I feel stronger generally and more confident in my appearance.
What have you learned:
I have learned which foods are right for me and I have also learned how to train and how to push myself harder than I thought I could.
What’s next for you:
I am moving out of the area and so will need to train on my own for a while; checking in for some program updates from time to time.
What would you be willing to tell others about your experience with us:
I turned to Ultimate Performance because I was fat and did not want to be. I was willing to work hard to get the results I wanted but because I have limited time during the day to train, I wanted help to ensure that I was training effectively. I met Nick at the Ultimate Performance gym, was impressed and booked a 6 week course of training sessions.
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. My personal trainer clearly knows a thing or two about training, he is personable and was always willing to answer any questions I had regarding diet, cardio and weight training. On top of that, he is the consummate professional; every minute of every session was planned in detail and every session saw him push me to push myself harder than I thought I could. All at UP clearly take pride in their work and in helping their clients to achieve the results they are trying to achieve, but you have to be willing to put in the effort to get the results you want. I lost a lot of the excess body fat I was carrying and feel so much better for it. If you are committed to following a strict eating program and to giving everything you can during each hour you are in the gym, I would recommend Ultimate Performance unreservedly.
