I’d got to the point where I knew I needed to take some serious action about my weight and fitness. I’m not a big fan on public gyms and UP gave the access to trainers and equipment without the crowds and bravado of a public gym.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
I lost 10kgs and reduced my body fat considerably. The most satisfying thing for me was the muscle definition.

What have you learned:
That weights don’t necessarily make a woman look like a body builder. Nick must hear it a million times from prospective clients and naysayers….’I don’t want to look like a muscle bound weightlifter’ yet well executed and timely training sessions result in a toned body if done properly.

What’s next for you:
Keep on doing more of the same – make it part of my day to day routine mixed with cardio and the healthy eating program UP put me on.
