Unlike any training I have had before…it’s tough but good. I have had personal trainers before but never really felt they pushed me that hard until I came here. It’s also nice to be able to train with like-minded people.
What do you feel that you have achieved:
My body is so much stronger, which feeds into day to day life from opening doors to walking more upright! I am now more toned and stronger than I have ever been and my body shape has changed.
What have you learned:
The direct link between nutrition and my training is more evident. Also the range of exercises that I have been exposed to from Pilates moves to dynamic strength routines is not anything I ever knew before.
