I had been working out regularly and felt I was following a healthy diet but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I contacted UP because of the high quality personal trainers  and their ability to tailor workout routines around an individuals lifestyle and goals.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
Having only been working out at UP for about 6 weeks I still have a way to go to achieve my initial goals but I have noticed a big change in my overall wellbeing (more energy, sleep better etc) and a noticeable change in body shape. The advice given in relation to diet has also been very valuable.

What have you learned:
Most importantly I have learned how to train more efficiently and effectively. I have cut down the time spent in the gym but have noticed much greater results. Furthermore, I have learnt a great deal about tailoring my diet and supplementation plan to achieve my goals. 

What’s next for you:
Continue training and learning both with regards to diet, supplementation and lifting.  I have certain goals in mind (bf%, weight etc..) which I will continue to work towards achieving.
