I was frustrated with how I looked and felt, had a horrible diet, and didn’t really feel good about myself at all, and I realised that I needed to make a change.

What do you feel that you have achieved:
I’m a stronger, more confident person (physically and mentally. I’ve also lost around 14kg to date and dropped around 6 inches off of my waist (size 42 to size 36). I also have more stamina and I feel like I’m in shape. I don’t mind looking at myself in the mirror now. I told Rich when I started that I wanted a “beach body” and although I’m still far away from having one, I finally felt confident when I was on holiday at the beach, which I have never felt before.

What have you learned:
I know how to live a healthier lifestyle, I feel confident going to the gym and doing exercises, I know what supplements to use to help me achieve my goals. I learned how to live in moderation.

What’s next for you:
I’ve been continuing to go to the gym between 3 and 4 times per week and continue to lose weight since I stopped my 12 weeks training. I want to continue boxing with James once my financial situation picks up a bit. I still eat healthy. I want to continue to maintain what I have developed and lose more weight.
