I’ve trained for most of my life and over the course of time I picked up quite a few injuries. As such, I thought I would seek professional advice on how I can train around them and what I could still do without aggravating them more.
What do you feel that you have achieved:
Over the course of 12 months I have dropped over 9.5% of body fat and put on a considerable amount of muscle at the same time. My strength and fitness levels have all moved up, which I am very happy with. My target was to lose between 5% to 6%, but after training with Ultimate Performance I have achieved well over my target and am very happy with the results.
What have you learned:
Personal training with Michael Porter is a pleasure (in some ways!!). His wealth of knowledge from diet to training technique just keeps on growing. I’ve been training with Mike for over 12 months and during every session, I always seem to learn something new. I walk in the gym wishing I was home, because I know what I have in front of me for the next hour (lots of pain!). But after the session, I walk out feeling invigorated and alive. Mike always gets the best out of me and from what I see in other gym from other Personal Trainers he’s definitely got to be one of the best around. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
What’s next for you:
Well the bigger and better you get the more you want. So hopefully I’ll stay fit and carry on trying to get leaner, fitter and bigger…

I recommend UP to people all the time, as they have the best equipment and the best Personal Trainers in the business. If you are lucky enough to get off the waitlist and with a trainer, then its well worth the wait and the money.
