Add weight if possible, perform one exercise after the other until you reach the end. Then take 2 mins rest before repeating for between 5-10 sets.

Notes

A1, Squats: When looking at how deep to squat, what you need to look for is the depth at which the hip/bum appears to tuck under the very bottom of the spine. Don’t lock out.

A2: Incline your feet to make it harder
