8-Week Health & Fitness Challenge: Class Timetable

Welcome to our 8-Week Health and Fitness Challenge at Ultimate Performance Marbella.

As part of the challenge, you get unlimited access to the fitness classes at U.P. Marbella to help maximise your results.

There is limited capacity on our classes and spaces fill up fast, so make sure you book in advance.

Vikings and Valkyries

Our Vikings and Valkyries conditioning classes are designed for anyone who loves high-performance training that tests your strength, cardio and grit.

The classes will involve lifting functional ‘battlefield’ movements and heavy lifting, along with pushing the prowler, pulling the sled, hammer blows, and much more that you will not want to miss.

This is a high-intensity class created to push you to your limits, test your stamina and create an unbreakable body.

Strength and Technique

Our Strength and Technique classes are designed to improve your performance, with slower, steadier movements and heavier weights.

Working with larger weights will not just boost your strength, skill and technique – it will also help you lose more fat.

This class will involve performing movements such as deadlifts, squats, shoulder presses, pull-ups, and more.

Unlike the high-intensity Vikings and Valkyries classes, here we allow for optimal recovery between sets.

Yoga

These classes are designed to allow you to unwind after a hard week of workouts, offering a breath of fresh air for your muscles.

There is nothing better than a yoga class to help stretch out and aid your recovery.
