If you want to massively change your physique, in my case lose weight and add muscle, UP will get you to your goal and beyond. I first came across UP in a fitness magazine 3 years ago and contacted them. However, I found that it was too expensive for me and felt I could achieve my weight loss goal using other cheaper options. After 3 years of training with a PT and not making any material dent in my weight, I finally took the plunge this March and realised that I should’ve done this 3 years ago. I’ve had PTs in the past but UP has made me rethink what my past training sessions could have been. My trainer challenges me, keeps me accountable/helps problem solve and is an overall great guy who I don’t mind chatting with at 7am (I’m generally not a fan w chatting with anyone before 9.) I’ve already made huge progress so far in the month I’ve been there and can’t wait to see how it ends up. Also props to the general manager here who listens to your needs. Excellent facilities, great environment, nice trainers. Highly recommend.

Having slipped into bad habits, I needed to shake things up.
