The Biggest Risk You Face Right Now Is Your Own Health Choices

Obesity is a threat to our lives that we can no longer ignore.

Around the world, 1.6 billion people are now overweight – and 1 in 3 of those are classed as obese.

Without drastic change, this means millions of lives blighted by chronic disease, poor health, depression and cognitive decline…and, ultimately, premature death.

We’ve always known this. But the coronavirus pandemic has brought into sharp focus the importance of our health and the inordinate risk to life of being overweight – a condition which is ultimately avoidable.

You can make a change. Your health is in your hands.

If you are here, it is because you know you need to make this change and you are ready to take action.

But if you feel like you have tried everything to lose weight, or it seems like you have a mountain to climb, take heart and inspiration from hundreds of our clients who have made it happen.

As you scroll, you will see some of the most life-changing transformations our clients have achieved around the world. They are living proof that you don’t have to be fit to start, so use their stories and their honest accounts of training with U.P. as fuel for your fire to transform your own life.
